Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans for the region.

Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training, and set goals for sales staff.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on results, accountability, and collaboration.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the region.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated client issues.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor regional sales performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Analyze sales data, trends, and KPIs to recommend corrective actions and improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Business Development & Expansion

  • Identify and pursue new markets, strategic partnerships, and business development opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or regional management roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics.
