Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans for the region.
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training, and set goals for sales staff.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on results, accountability, and collaboration.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the region.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated client issues.
Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor regional sales performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales data, trends, and KPIs to recommend corrective actions and improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Business Development & Expansion
- Identify and pursue new markets, strategic partnerships, and business development opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or regional management roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics.
