• Experience and Education Requirements :
• Graduate/postgraduate with proven operational execution skills
• 6-8 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in sales and operations roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong operational expertise- with deep understanding of the geography.
• Demonstrating Collaborative Ownership - Ability to discuss with courage, clarify, and agree on expectations of each other
