Will be responsible for Sales and Business Development activities in the western region covering Commercial & Healthcare Vertical. It will cover Hotels, Malls, IT parks, Commercial Buildings, IT & ITES company campuses, Hospitals, Govt Buildings, Indoor Stadiums, Convention Centers in the western region.
Formulate strategic sales plans that align with corporate goals, enabling the team to consistently exceed annual sales targets.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
Articulate the benefits of sustainability initiatives and energy-efficient solutions to engage customers effectively.
Implement training programs to enhance the team s product knowledge and selling techniques.
Monitor sales performance, conduct regular reviews, and optimize team effectiveness.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and feedback among team members.
