- Meet prospective parents, address their queries regarding the centre, and convert interactions into confirmed admissions.
- Manage and maintain ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) reports for enquiries, admissions, and follow-ups.
- Strategize and execute marketing initiatives in coordination with the Centre Head and Head Office, including advertising plans, events, and publicity campaigns.
- Generate new admissions through proactive marketing strategies and activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission targets and work towards continuous improvement in enrollment numbers.
- Follow up on withdrawals, gather feedback on reasons for withdrawal, and provide insights for retention improvement.
- Collect, organize, and manage data on all enquiries, categorizing according to age groups and other relevant parameters.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Psychology, Education, Arts, or related fields.
- 24 years of experience in admission counseling, preferably in a preschool, activity centre, or school.
- Understanding of the education industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Tally is required.
