Regional Manager - ADM

• This position is responsible to drive the Cross Sell and NTB business for Retail Assets and Credit Cards by leveraging Branch network of the Bank.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve Branch RACC target by directing and activating branch staff on RACC Leads
• Liaison with RACC product teams and branches to handle RACC cases of the branch and ensure smooth processing
• Conduct training for branch employees and create awareness about features and disbursement process for RACC products
• Liaise with marketing team to conduct Marketing activities for lead generation in and around branch premises
• Adhere to the processes of the bank by complying with all rules and regulations
• Resolve customer queries and enhance customer satisfaction

Education:

• Minimum requirement: MBA/ Graduate or Equivalent Degree
