Project Role Description:

As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. By leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM), you will collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality, effective solutions. Your role will involve analyzing business needs, designing application solutions, and ensuring the smooth functioning of applications across various business domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM), working closely with teams to provide guidance and technical leadership.
• Collaborate with multiple teams, making key decisions that drive the success of the project.
• Lead the design and development of applications, ensuring they align with business requirements and objectives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Create technical specifications and design documents that detail the structure and functionality of the application.
• Implement and configure applications in ServiceNow SAM, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
• Provide solutions to problems for your team and other teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Strong understanding of IT asset management principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow SAM solutions.
• Knowledge of software licensing, compliance, and how these concepts are integrated within ServiceNow SAM.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools.
• Experience in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation or ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).

Experience Required:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).

Educational Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education is required.
