Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the operational aspects of the training center in the assigned region.
  2. Conduct pre- and post-recruitment orientation programs for loan officers, branch managers, and area managers.
  3. Organize monthly induction and refresher programs focusing on products, processes, policies, and behavioral training.
  4. Identify training needs, assess training effectiveness, and build capabilities in business, process, compliance, audit, CRM, and sales pitches.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Regional Trainer.
  2. Familiarity with the microfinance business models, processes, policies, and products.
  3. Strong acumen for technology, automation, and business modeling.
  4. Postgraduate or Graduate degree in any discipline.
