Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Resident in Pediatrics located at Paras Hospital, Ranchi. The Senior Resident will provide high-quality medical care to pediatric patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing in-patient and out-patient pediatric cases, conducting rounds, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and assisting in emergency situations. The role also involves guiding junior medical staff and participating in clinical training and educational activities.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Pediatric diagnosis, treatment, and patient care
- Competence in handling in-patient, out-patient, and emergency pediatric cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with patients, families, and medical staff
- Ability to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- MBBS degree with an MD or DNB in Pediatrics from a recognized institution
- Valid medical license as per Indian medical regulations
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting is highly desirable
