We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Head for our operations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a high-performing team, and building strong relationships with stakeholders in the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional strategies to drive business growth in India.
• Lead and manage the regional team to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the region.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Recruit, Build, Develop team.
• Selling of PMS,AIF and investment Products
• Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance to senior management.
