Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Collection Manager, located in Bhubaneswar, with some flexibility for remote work. The Regional Collection Manager will oversee and manage the collection operations of the region, ensuring the achievement of collection targets and compliance. Responsibilities include developing effective collection strategies, monitoring team performance, managing delinquent accounts, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The role also involves preparing periodic collection reports and collaborating with stakeholders to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Collection Management, Debt Recovery, and achieving targets
- Proficiency in Team Management, Supervisory skills, and Performance Monitoring
- Solid understanding of Financial Services, Loan Management, and Compliance Regulations
- Customer Relationship Management and Problem-Solving skills
- Proficiency in using data-driven tools for reporting and strategic decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Prior experience in a similar role within financial services will be advantageous
