Job Overview

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is looking for experienced and strategic Regional Business Heads to lead and drive regional sales and business operations across hospitals and clinics Pan India. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, revenue generation capability, and the ability to manage multi-location sales teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, expanding market presence, managing key accounts, and ensuring execution excellence in line with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Sales Leadership

  • Lead and manage regional sales operations to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
  • Drive performance through structured sales planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Ensure alignment of regional goals with overall business objectives.

Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies and business plans.
  • Drive market expansion, key account management, and channel development.
  • Identify new business opportunities and growth areas within the region.

Team Management & Capability Building

  • Coach, mentor, and develop Area, Zonal, and Branch Sales Managers.
  • Build high-performing sales teams through continuous training and performance reviews.
  • Monitor productivity, motivation, and retention of sales teams.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis

  • Track sales performance, KPIs, and productivity metrics regularly.
  • Analyze sales trends, market data, and competitive activity.
  • Take corrective actions to address gaps and improve outcomes.

Process, Policy & SOP Execution

  • Ensure effective implementation of company sales policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain discipline, professionalism, and ethical sales practices.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, finance, and support teams for seamless execution.
  • Support campaigns, launches, and regional initiatives.

Customer & Relationship Management

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Build long-term relationships with key clients, hospitals, and partners.
  • Handle escalations and critical customer issues professionally.

Key Requirements

Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in managing regional or multi-location sales operations.
  • Experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, or service-based industries preferred.
