Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Tirunelveli, Thanjavur and Coimbatore. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding candidates. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with hiring policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting, with experience in sourcing and shortlisting candidates effectively
• Strong Interviewing and Communication skills, with the ability to assess candidates and build relationships
• Experience or capability in conducting employee Training sessions to onboard and upskill teams
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and systems; knowledge of local labor laws and practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
