Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure the hiring of qualified candidates within stipulated timelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talent while providing an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across departments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize job descriptions and understand role requirements.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
  • Conduct telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and candidate databases.
  • Handle salary discussions, offer negotiation, and release of offer letters.
  • Ensure smooth pre-boarding and onboarding processes for selected candidates.
  • Work on talent pipeline building for critical and recurring roles.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives or career fairs.
