This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Bengaluru. As a Recruitment Specialist at WeCodee Innovations, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. You will develop recruitment strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. By fostering a seamless candidate experience, you will contribute to the growth and success of the organization's talent pool.

• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills, with knowledge of utilizing job boards, professional networking platforms, and industry-specific resources
• Expertise in recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and candidate engagement techniques
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and attract suitable candidates
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written, to ensure a positive candidate and team experience
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and related recruitment software
• Analytical skills to monitor recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
• Flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with fintech, digital transformation, or banking sector recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
