Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Mumbai. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including identifying talent needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. The role also involves collaborating with department managers, enhancing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. The Recruitment Specialist will foster effective communication, provide training support, and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Hiring, Recruiting, and sourcing diverse talent for various roles
- Strong Interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Training new hires and supporting employee development
- Organizational and time-management skills, with an attention to detail
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members and department leads
- Prior experience in a recruitment or HR role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
