Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for all retail roles Sales Executives, ASMs, SMs, head office retail positions.
- Maintain a steady, well-organised talent pipeline for current and upcoming studios.
- Conduct thoughtful first-round interviews focused on attitude, communication, grooming and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules smoothly with Retail Ops and ensure a professional candidate experience.
- Maintain structured recruitment MIS, weekly updates and clear documentation.
- Build long-term sourcing channels through portals, agencies and referrals.
- Manage reference checks, background validations, and joining formalities with accuracy.
- Ensure every hire reflects values empathy, honesty and customer-first mindset.
