Recruitment Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Ahmedabad. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role also involves coordinating training sessions and ensuring a streamlined onboarding process for new hires. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will collaborate with departmental teams to understand hiring needs and contribute to workforce planning.

• Experience in Recruitment, Hiring, and Interviewing processes
• Proficient in Communication and building relationships with candidates and teams
• Skills in developing and delivering Training programs
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring
