A fast-growing talent acquisition team servicing a diversified business group focused on technology services and business operations across India. We are hiring an on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle hiring for mid-to-senior level roles and campus hiring initiatives across multiple functions. Location: India — On-site role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from job intake to offer closure for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring time-to-fill and quality-of-hire targets are met.
- Source active and passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), Boolean search and employee referrals to build robust candidate pipelines.
- Screen and assess candidates through structured interviews, competency-based and behavioral interviewing techniques; coordinate hiring manager debriefs and feedback loops.
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows, update candidate records, and produce recruitment metrics and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Drive campus hiring initiatives and coordinate assessment centres, internships, and onboarding activities in partnership with campus teams.
- Facilitate offer negotiations, reference checks and ensure timely, compliant onboarding while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
