The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and hiring top talent, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The role also involves onboarding new employees and coordinating training programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.

• Ability to manage Hiring and Recruitment processes effectively
• Strong skills in Interviewing and identifying the best candidates for various roles
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders professionally
• Experience in managing and delivering Training programs for new hires
• Proven organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment is a plus
