We are actively scaling our teams across both tech and non-tech domains and are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist who can help us hire top talent efficiently and strategically.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, experience handling multiple open positions simultaneously, and the ability to identify quality talent across various functions.

This role requires excellent communication skills, stakeholder coordination, and a strong understanding of modern hiring practices, LinkedIn recruitment strategies, and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring requirements
  • Handle candidate communication, follow-ups, and interview feedback processes professionally
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring databases, and status reports
  • Work on employer branding and hiring strategies to attract quality talent
  • Assist in closing positions within defined timelines and hiring targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles preferred
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and talent mapping
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong screening and interview coordination skills
  • Good organizational and stakeholder management abilities
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools is a plus
