What You'll Do:

Source top talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

Screen resumes and identify the best-fit candidates

Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds

Manage interview scheduling and maintain proactive candidate communication

Build and maintain comprehensive candidate databases and recruitment records

Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill hiring needs

Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with job portals and diverse sourcing techniques
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
