Recruitment Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Recruitment Specialist will take ownership of identifying, screening, and selecting top talent, conducting interviews, and managing recruitment campaigns. Other responsibilities include onboarding new hires, providing training programs, and maintaining effective communication with teams to address hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes
• Strong skills in Interviewing and evaluating candidates
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Training and onboarding employees
• Ability to manage priorities and work in a collaborative, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in recruitment within the logistics or business services sector is a plus
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment-related tools
