Manage the full-cycle recruitment, selection, and onboarding process across assigned regions.
Align with corporate recruitment procedures: ensure New Hire Request forms are fully approved; verify headcount budget alignment or flag non-budgeted roles for review.
Maintain an up-to-date Recruitment Status Report for monthly submission to the HR Director.
Strengthen employer branding through consistent communication, candidate experience, and market presence.
Build and manage relationships with local job boards, agencies, and search firms to ensure high-quality candidate pipelines in a cost-effective manner.
Facilitate the offer process, including preparation of offer packages and support for salary negotiations when required.
Legal and Compliance
Ensure recruitment and onboarding practices comply with local labor laws and global company standards.
Maintain proper documentation for all recruitment activities, including interview notes, candidate files, and hiring approvals.
Support adherence to regulations related to data privacy, document retention, and employment verification.
Collaborate with HR to communicate benefits and compensation details clearly to new hires.
Culture & Engagement
Partner with HR to implement initiatives that strengthen candidate and employee experience, including onboarding programs and engagement activities.
Support collection of feedback from new hires to continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a fast-growing or multinational company.
Experience working with international teams or supporting multi-country hiring is a strong plus.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and candidate evaluation tools.
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers across cultures.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment analytics.
