About the Role

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter with 4–6 years of experience who can independently drive end-to-end hiring and manage stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder management and requirement understanding
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on role fitment
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth hiring process
  • Manage offer rollout and candidate engagement
  • Track and maintain recruitment reports, MIS, and hiring metrics
  • Ensure strong candidate experience and communication
  • Take complete ownership of positions and deliver within defined TAT

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in end-to-end hiring and sourcing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good exposure to stakeholder management
  • Hands-on experience with job portals and hiring tools
  • Strong in reporting and recruitment analytics
