Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to meet hiring deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate salary and finalize offers with selected candidates
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Stay updated on industry trends, hiring practices, and labor laws
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or recruitment specialist
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
