Role ObjectiveWe're looking for a Recruitment Specialist who understands that consulting hiring isn't transactionalit's strategic. This role will be the cornerstone of identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent across domains while ensuring a cultural and capability fit with Fundvice's evolving structure.
Key Responsibilities- Own full-cycle recruitment for roles across consulting, strategy, finance, and operations
- Partner closely with vertical heads and founders to understand manpower plans and define hiring roadmaps
- Proactively source and pipeline candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, AngelList, Internshala, and referrals
- Conduct screening and evaluate for skills, experience, attitude, and alignment with Fundvice values
- Structure and schedule 23 layered interview rounds across business units
- Maintain and update hiring trackers, dashboards, and ATS records (experience with KEKA or similar a plus)
- Lead employer branding initiatives in coordination with the marketing and operations team
- Ensure candidate experience is sharp, professional, and in sync with Fundvice's positioning
- Drive campus hiring, job fairs, and intern intake as per business needs
- Ensure compliance with internal documentation and onboarding processes
Who You Are- 25 years of strong recruitment experience (consulting/startup/BFSI preferred)
- Comfortable handling mid-senior level mandates with multi-role hiring
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills you're not just hiring, you're storytelling
- Strong organizational skills with high ownership and follow-through
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, founder-led, high-performance environment
- Prior experience using ATS (like KEKA, Zoho, or similar platforms)
- In-office availability in Noida is mandatory (this is not a remote role)
