We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist with 3-6 years of experience in domestic and international hiring. The role involves managing the full recruitment life cycle, and ensuring timely delivery of top-quality talent across multiple functions and regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international positions sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
- Partner with business and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and social networks.
- Conduct detailed candidate evaluations to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports to ensure visibility and accountability.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure a seamless candidate experience from interview to onboarding.
- Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices in both domestic and global markets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR or equivalent preferred).
- 36 years of hands-on recruitment experience, including both international and domestic markets.
- Proven ability to hire for mid to senior-level roles across multiple domains (IT / Non-IT / Corporate functions).
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing databases.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships.
- High sense of ownership, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
