Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract candidates.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
