This role focuses on delivering effective recruitment solutions across IT and non-IT sectors, specializing in bulk hiring to meet organizational talent needs. The position requires leveraging industry knowledge and recruitment expertise to source, screen, and place candidates efficiently, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and non-IT roles, including bulk hiring projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and career aspirations.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels and recruitment tools to identify and engage qualified candidates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with proven expertise in bulk hiring and handling IT and non-IT positions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with recruitment CRM and ATS software such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of labor laws and compliance related to recruitment and hiring processes.
