Overview
This role focuses on delivering effective recruitment solutions across IT and non-IT sectors, specializing in bulk hiring to meet organizational talent needs. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and non-IT roles, including bulk hiring projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and career aspirations.
- Utilize various sourcing channels and recruitment tools to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with proven expertise in bulk hiring and handling IT and non-IT positions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with recruitment CRM and ATS software such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar platforms.
