Browse a live marketplace of open roles from employers worldwide, with the fee shown in your own currency

Take on the roles that match your expertise and network

Source, screen and submit candidates through the platform

Track every stage — each update from the employer reaches you, with the reason

Close placements and get paid once the candidate joins and the employer pays

What you'll need

Prior recruitment / talent-acquisition experience (agency or in-house)

Your own network of candidates in one or more domains

Strong sourcing, screening and candidate-management skills

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and remotely

A laptop and a reliable internet connection
