IT Recruitment Specialist (Domestic hiring)

Experience: 6 Months – 1.5 Years

Candidates with 2+ years of experience will NOT be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, as well as through references, networking, and social platforms like LinkedIn.
• Leverage internal databases, references, AI-driven sourcing tools, and Boolean search techniques for effective resume searches.
• Utilize AI tools to automate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting to enhance recruitment efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
• Conduct initial screening of profiles based on educational qualifications, technical skills, communication skills, and relevant experience.
• Coordinate and manage interview drives, including scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
• Track shortlisted candidates throughout the interview process and maintain accurate trackers and recruitment reports.
• Meet defined recruitment targets as per the hiring plan.
• Use social media platforms, job boards, internet sourcing techniques, and AI-assisted tools to identify and attract candidates for open positions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to effectively support and execute recruitment efforts.

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in IT recruitment, with hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance recruitment efficiency.
