Join Talent Corner as a Recruitment Specialist Intern and gain practical experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, recruitment platforms and AI-powered recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Find and source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases and other platforms.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.

- Speak with candidates, conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.

- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.

Core Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good candidate interaction and active listening.

- Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

- Organized, responsible and willing-to-learn attitude.

Technical Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

- Familiarity with Naukri, Internshala, LinkedIn or similar platforms.

- Basic understanding of ATS/recruitment software.

- Good email and professional communication skills.

AI-Based Skills

- Basic knowledge of ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude.

- Ability to use AI for candidate and resume research.

- Using AI to improve job descriptions and candidate communication.

- Interest in learning AI tools used in modern recruitment.

Additional Preference

Candidates will have an advantage if they:

- Have prior exposure to recruitment, HR, talent acquisition or candidate sourcing.

- Have experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala or other hiring platforms.

- Are comfortable making screening calls and following up with candidates.

- Have participated in college recruitment drives, HR activities, internships or people-management activities.
