Denzour Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and skilled Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team at our Jasola, Delhi office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates through multiple recruitment channels.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for various roles within the organization

Sourcing candidates through:

Job portals

LinkedIn

Company databases

Other online and offline recruitment channels

Drafting and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms

Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments

Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers

Maintaining and updating the candidate database

Ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience

Meeting hiring targets within defined timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive

Strong knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and database hiring

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Familiarity with recruitment metrics and hiring processes

Salary:
