Recruitment Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts. They will facilitate a seamless onboarding experience and collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs. The specialist will also conduct training and contribute to developing recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract the best talent.

• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes, with the ability to source and attract top talent
• Strong skills in Interviewing and assessing candidate qualifications effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Experience in conducting Training programs to enhance employee onboarding and development
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
