Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. This role involves creating and implementing HR policies, developing training programs, managing performance appraisals, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and addressing workplace issues. The HR Manager will also play a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive organizational culture and enhancing employee satisfaction.
