Recruitment Specialist | Work from Home | Day Shift

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Outreach:Identify and connect with potential candidates through job portals, social media, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Cold Calling:Proactively reach out to potential candidates to introduce job opportunities, explain roles, and generate interest.
- Screening & Shortlisting:Review profiles, conduct initial screening calls, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Briefing & Guiding Candidates:Prepare candidates for interviews by explaining job roles, company background, and expectations to ensure they represent themselves effectively.
- Interview Coordination:Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Candidate Relationship Management:Maintain regular communication, provide updates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Onboarding Support:Assist with pre-joining documentation and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Database Management:Maintain and update candidate details in CRM/ATS systems.
- Referral Generation & Employer Branding:Encourage referrals and promote company culture to attract quality talent.
What Were Looking For
- Excellent Communication Skills:Fluent in English (verbal & written).
- Persuasive & Confident:Comfortable with cold calling and candidate engagement.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented:Able to manage multiple open positions efficiently.
- Result-Oriented:Motivated to achieve recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Freshers Welcome:Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable.
- Experience Advantage:1 - 4 years in recruitment, HR, or staffing will be an added plus.
Work-from-Home Requirements
- Stable high-speed internet connection.
- Laptop/desktop with updated software.
- Headset with a microphone for clear communication.
- Quiet workspace for calls and meetings.
- Power backup (UPS/inverter).
- Familiarity with remote working tools like CRM, ATS, job portals, email, Zoom, and Google Meet.

- Self-discipline and strong time management skills.
