Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Recruitment Specialist based in New Delhi. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end hiring process, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding processes. The role requires close collaboration with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide training and guidance to optimize recruitment strategies. The Recruitment Specialist will help build a strong workforce to contribute to the success of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Hiring and Recruiting practices
- Proficiency in conducting interviews and performing candidate assessments
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Training new hires and assisting with their professional development
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
