For our client, a leading company in Europe, we are looking for Recruitment Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead and oversee a global team of 1520 members responsible for recruitment operations, application processing, and candidate engagement activities.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring timely and accurate submission of job applications through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Monitor team activities to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain high-quality recruitment standards.
- Hold regular stakeholder and client meetings to understand recruitment requirements and translate them into clear action plans for the team.
- Manage and monitor all active job postings across job platforms, ensuring visibility, engagement, and a consistent candidate pipeline.
- Develop strategies to improve job post visibility and candidate engagement, including performance-driven sourcing approaches.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics and performance indicators to optimize hiring efficiency and delivery timelines.
- Maintain and update data tracking sheets and recruitment reports, ensuring accurate reporting and operational transparency.
- Implement process improvements and workflow optimizations to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
- Hire, onboard, and train new recruiters, ensuring they understand recruitment processes, tools, and quality standards.
- Provide ongoing mentorship, training, and performance feedback to team members to improve recruitment outcomes and achieve team targets
- Support team expansion and scaling operations by identifying talent needs and managing the hiring process for new team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree/MBA in HR is a plus).
- 10+ years of experience in recruitment operations, application processing, performance marketing (PPC/CPA), ATS management, or recruitment support functions including experience in managing recruitment teams and operations.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and candidate pipeline management.
- Experience in team leadership, recruitment strategy, and stakeholder management.
- Strong skills in data tracking, quality control, performance monitoring, and workflow optimization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
