We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Manager to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent in alignment with our organizational goals. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates through resumes and interviews.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification of candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in the ATS.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment metrics and progress.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
