Role- Recruitment Executive – Manufacturing Workforce

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Executive – Manufacturing Workforce to support hiring for manufacturing, production, and shopfloor operations roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality talent, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring timely closure of positions in line with defined hiring timelines and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and shopfloor workforce positions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, local networks, placement agencies, and vocational institutes.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.

Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, documentation, offer rollout, and onboarding activities.

Ensure adherence to recruitment SOPs, hiring processes, and defined turnaround times (TAT).

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

Follow up with candidates to ensure successful joining and minimize offer dropouts.

Support walk-in drives, bulk hiring initiatives, and recruitment campaigns as required.

Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Skills

Candidate Sourcing through Job Portals (Naukri/ ApnaJobs / IIMjobs etc) and Recruitment Channels

Recruitment Coordination with Strong SOP & Process Adherence

Timely Position Closure with Focus on TAT Achievement

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.

6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing workforce, operations, or volume hiring.

Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments will be preferred.

Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment systems
