Job Title: HR Executive – Recruitment (IT Hiring)

Location: Marol, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Executive – Recruitment to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with initial experience in IT hiring who are eager to build a career in recruitment and HR. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for technical roles while supporting basic HR operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment (Primary Focus):

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (screening to offer stage)
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
• Understand technical job requirements (iOS, Android, Flutter, PHP, etc.)

HR Operations (Secondary):

• Assist in onboarding and documentation of new joiners
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support employee lifecycle processes (joining to exit formalities)
• Assist in preparing offer letters and other HR documents

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any graduate (HR or related field preferred)
• 6 months – 1 year of experience in recruitment (IT hiring preferred)
• Basic understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets
• Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Exposure to handling multiple IT requirements simultaneously
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Good coordination and follow-up abilities
