Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Executive, based in the Pune Division. The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for managing the hiring process, developing job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs. The role involves ensuring that recruitment targets are met efficiently while fostering strong communication with potential candidates and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hospital Hiring processes
• Strong skills in Communication and Interviewing
• Experience in Sourcing, and Salary negotiation
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and maintain a professional demeanor
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable working on-site in Pune Division
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR field in a hospital is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
