The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to the company's talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media, and the company's career page.
  • Source and attract candidates using databases, networking, employee referrals, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage and coordinate the interview process, ensuring timely feedback and communication.
  • Negotiate salary and prepare offer letters for selected candidates.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring standards, and labor laws.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events to promote employer branding.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates skills and cultural fit.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations.
