Job Description:
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to the company's talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media, and the company's career page.
- Source and attract candidates using databases, networking, employee referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage and coordinate the interview process, ensuring timely feedback and communication.
- Negotiate salary and prepare offer letters for selected candidates.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring standards, and labor laws.
- Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events to promote employer branding.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates skills and cultural fit.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations.
