Job Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer coordination.
- Understand and manage the complete employee life cycle from onboarding to exit.
- Effectively use job portals such as Naukri.com and professional platforms like LinkedIn for sourcing suitable candidates.
- Perform head-hunting for critical and niche positions as per business requirements.
- Assist in training and development activities, including coordination, records, and follow-ups.
- Plan and support employee engagement activities to enhance employee morale and workplace culture.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and timelines.
- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and HR documentation.
- Handle onboarding formalities including document collection, verification, offer acceptance, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with new joiners for completion of HR documentation (appointment letter, KYC, statutory forms, policies).
- Ensure smooth employee induction and orientation in coordination with HR and department heads.
- Update employee details in HRMS / records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field
- Relevant experience in recruitment will be preferred
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with job portals and social media hiring
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and practice
