Role Description
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to work closely with our sales, marketing, and leadership teams. This is not just a calling role - we're looking for someone who understands the complete sales funnel and can build meaningful first interactions with potential customers.
Qualifications
- Identify and research potential leads and target accounts
- Execute cold outreach via calls, emails, and social platforms
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
- Handle objections and build initial trust with prospects
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
- Follow up consistently to move leads through the pipeline
- Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in cold calling and outbound sales
