Job Description:

End to end recruitment lifecycle from Sourcing of CVs to Closing of offers

Maintaining database of profiles on system

Responsible to own and manage the assigned lines of business

Working with the business to work out on hiring plans

Proactive talent pipelining

Maintaining and updating Job Descriptions and CVs

Maintaining compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Responsible for other tasks that are allocated to TAG

Location: Coimbatore

Requirements:

·    Degree in any discipline

·    Minimum 2-5 years relevant working experience in IT recruitment

·    Excellent communication, outgoing personality, good presentation and interpersonal skills

·    Preferred working exposure in IT-related environment

Nice to have

. Experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)

. Interaction with clients.
