Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Field Sales Specialist 1-3 yrs. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and managing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with prospective customers, conducting product presentations, assisting with sales operations, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Customer Service and ability to address client needs in a professional, efficient manner
• Experience in Sales and Lead Generation to identify potential customers and close deals successfully
• Knowledge of Sales Operations and ability to manage sales processes and maintain organized records
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in 2D, 3D, or CAE software or familiarity with related industries is an advantage
• Relevant sales or industry certifications will be considered a plus
