Job Description

Hi,

We are looking for 3-6 yrs of Recruitment experience.

This role is execution-oriented and focuses primarily on end-to-end hiring & coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and offer coordination
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and internal databases
  • Coordinate interviews (telephonic, video call, and face-to-face interaction) with internal/ external interviewers
  • Conduct initial HR screening, salary discussions, and candidate follow-ups
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality hiring

Internal Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with management and department heads for manpower requirements
  • Maintain recruitment reports, hiring status dashboards, and monthly HR updates

Experience

  • 3- 6 years of relevant experience in HR / Talent Acquisition
  • Core experience must be recruitment-focused

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong hands-on recruitment and interview coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
  • Proficient in MS Excel, email drafting, and recruitment portals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Professional, confidential, and process-oriented approach
  • The role requires ownership of hiring timelines and accountability for closure of positions.

Role : On third party contract

Timings : 10:30 am - 7:30 pm

Cabs : Both ways

Working : 5 days from office (Sat. optional depending on work)

Location : Sector 49, Gurgaon (Sohna road)
