This role offers flexibility to work from our Chennai office (5 days/week) or remotely, based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Source and screen candidates through various channels
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill requirements

• 13 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
