We are hiring Recruiters | IT & Non IT | Bangalore

We are looking for Recruitment Consultants who have already worked in a recruitment agency environment and understand deadlines, ownership, and accountability.

This is not an entry level learning role.

Mandatory requirement

Minimum 2 year experience in a recruitment agency

Experience hiring for UAE or GCC clients is a strong advantage

Key responsibilities

Handle end to end recruitment for IT or Non IT roles

Work on active mandates for UAE and GCC clients

Source, screen, interview, and close candidates

Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders

Follow structured recruitment processes and delivery timelines

What we look for

2 to 5 years of agency recruitment experience

Exposure to UAE or GCC hiring preferred

Strong sourcing and screening capability

Professional communication and follow up discipline

Ability to work under pressure without constant supervision

Ethical recruitment practices and long term mindset
